G. Murugesan, a dynamic civil engineering graduate from Sona College of Technology, Salem, founded Razio Engineering Consultancy Services in 2019 with a powerful vision: to deliver world-class property valuation and management services while creating meaningful employment opportunities for young talents and graduates.

A registered valuer under the 34AB Wealth Tax Act (Income Tax) and an esteemed member of IOV (Institution of Valuers) and IEI (Institution of Engineers India), he has made remarkable contributions to the valuation, management, and development of land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure. Additionally, as an IBBI-registered valuer (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India), he has seamlessly navigated collaborations with insolvency professional agencies and professionals, further strengthening his expertise in the domain.

With over 15 years of rich experience in property valuation, his keen analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market have earned him a reputation for solving complex valuation challenges effortlessly. His proficiency in understanding the operational frameworks of corporate banks and NBFCs has made him a trusted expert in the field.
